2007 marks the 100th birthday of Sir Roger DeCoverly, the famous English Setter whose powerful genetics founded the Ryman line. We are celebrating this historic event at the annual Vintage Cup, held this year at Pintail Point in Queenstown, Maryland.
The Vintage Cup and Pintail Point have so much to offer in terms of amenities and entertainment. This year’s events will include the World Sporting Clays Championships, the Double Rifle Championships, and the renowned Exhibition of Fine Guns, Art and Accoutrements. There will also be dozens of vendors offering the best in fine sporting arms, apparel and accessories.
We will have a hospitality tent with food and drink for our customers and friends. This will provide a “home base” from which to explore the activities at Pintail Point, as well as a place to rest and get your dog a drink and a biscuit!
The main social event that we would like to invite everyone to is the Vintagers cocktail party on the evening of Friday September 28th. Admission will be approximately $30, payable at the event, and Vintagers needs a head count prior to the event. Please let us know if you will attend so we can get your name on the list.
